Documents Needed For Withdrawal
We will need one or more of your personal documents before we can process before we can process your withdrawal request. These documents allow us to authorize the transferring of your funds.

Your proof of ID document must:
Be in colour
Be valid
Have a clear photo

PROOF OF ADDRESS
Acceptable documents include:
Utility Bill (Gas, Water, Electric)
Bank Statement
Your proof of address document must:
Be in colour
Be issued in your name
Include your address
Have been issued within the last 3 months
CREDIT CARD
If you deposit with a credit card, we will need a copy of the exact credit card that you used before your next withdrawal. This step is required only once per credit card used. If you continue to use the exact same card, you only need to complete this step once.
Please provide the following:
Front of card
Must be in colour
Only the first 4 digits and last 4 digits of the card must be visible
Cover the 8 middle digits of the card number.
Back of card
Must be in colour
Cover the CVV2 code (the 3-digit number on the back of your card)
Last 4 digits of the card must be visible
Signature strip must be visible
Submitting your documents is a quick and simple process that typically must be completed only once. Please upload the requested documents via the cashier following the straightforward steps. If, in the event additional documents are required (for instance you used a new credit card, a new payment method, or any of your personal information has changed – address, name, etc.), you will be notified. Overall, withdrawing should be an easy experience.
We understand the importance of swift withdrawals. That’s why we check documents as quickly as possible, usually within12 hours or less. If we require extra verification from you, the process could take longer. That said, if we haven’t contacted you within 48 hours, please contact customer support.
